You can now connect WhatsApp Business to Connect. Add your Meta credentials on the Integrations page, or paste them into the work engine and let it do it — Connect verifies them with WhatsApp before saving anything.
Once connected, the work engine can send a customer a WhatsApp message or an overdue-invoice reminder. Like every action that touches a customer, it shows you a confirmation card first.
Credentials are stored encrypted. The work engine can also check the connection status or disconnect it on request.
Not there yet: messaging customers outside WhatsApp's 24-hour window (which needs approved templates) and receiving replies inside Connect. Both are on our list.
