Create an account and get your workspace ready.
Sign up with your business name, email and a password (or continue with Google). We email a 6-digit code — enter it to verify your account. The code expires after 15 minutes, and you can request a new one from the same screen.
After verifying you land on a short welcome checklist, then the dashboard. A quick guided tour points out the sidebar and the work engine the first time you arrive.
Today at a glance.
The dashboard shows today's orders and revenue, today's expenses, and how many invoices are unpaid or overdue. Below that, an activity feed lists what changed recently and an AI action log shows everything the work engine did on your behalf.
Quick actions let you create an invoice, generate a PDF or Word document, or send an email to a customer.
Everyone you sell to.
A customer has a name and, optionally, an email and phone number. Customers are what orders and invoices attach to, so add a customer first.
The word 'customer' is flexible: students, clients, patients or members all live here. Tell the work engine 'my students are Ada and Tunde' and it adds them as customers.
What customers bought, and where it stands.
An order belongs to one existing customer and has one or more line items (description, quantity, price). Its status is Pending, Processing or Delivered.
Sessions, classes, jobs and bookings can be tracked as orders too — the work engine maps your own words onto them.
Bill customers and get paid.
Invoices have line items and a due date. Their status is Draft, Due, Overdue or Paid. Overdue is worked out automatically: a Due invoice becomes Overdue once its due date passes.
Use 'Mark as paid' when money arrives. The work engine can also mark invoices paid, change due dates, and email a payment reminder to one customer — or to everyone with an overdue invoice in one go.
Money going out — and what's left.
Record what you spend with a description, an amount, a category (Rent, Supplies, Transport, Utilities, Marketing, Salaries, Food — or your own) and a date. The Expenses page shows this month's total, your top category and a running list.
Expenses feed Insights: total expenses, net profit (revenue minus expenses) and a six-month expenses chart.
Numbers that say something.
Insights shows total revenue, total expenses, net profit, customer counts, how many customers joined in the last 30 days, and your invoice paid rate. Three live charts plot the last six months of revenue, orders and expenses — months with nothing recorded show as zero rather than disappearing.
A short AI-written insight sits underneath. Tap Regenerate for a fresh read.
Say what you want; it does the work.
The work engine can look up your real data and take real actions: add customers, create orders and invoices, update statuses, log expenses, add tasks, send emails and WhatsApp messages, generate documents, and set up recurring alerts. It also has web search for general questions.
Anything that changes a record or contacts a customer shows a confirmation card first. Nothing happens until you approve. It never claims something worked until the action has actually succeeded.
Have Connect message you first.
Ask for a standing alert in plain language: 'every Friday, send me a revenue summary' or 'each morning tell me about overdue invoices'. The work engine works out the schedule and, when it fires, posts the result in your chat, your notification bell and by email.
Message customers where they already are.
WhatsApp Business is the live integration. Connect it under Integrations, or just paste the four values into the work engine and it does it for you. Connect verifies the values with WhatsApp before saving anything, and stores them encrypted.
Once connected, ask the work engine to message a customer, or send an overdue reminder over WhatsApp. Every message shows a confirmation card first.
Who can get in, and how it behaves.
Settings → Business holds your business name, address and currency. Settings → Work Automation controls the work engine's autonomy. Team invites live under the Profile tab: enter a teammate's email and they receive a link (valid for 7 days) to join your workspace.
