By creating a Connect account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you're using Connect on behalf of a business, you're confirming you have the authority to agree on its behalf.
Connect is an AI business operating system: it stores your customers, orders, invoices, expenses, and tasks, and gives you a work engine that can act on them for you — drafting and sending emails, messaging customers on WhatsApp, creating or updating records, generating documents. Anything consequential (sending a message, deleting data) is shown to you as a confirmation first — Connect doesn't send or delete anything on your behalf without your approval, and most AI actions can be undone afterward from the activity log.
AI-generated drafts, summaries, and insights can be wrong. You're responsible for reviewing anything the work engine proposes before you approve it — treat it as a capable first draft, not a final word on your business or your customers.
Paid plans are described on our Pricing page, including each plan's monthly AI action allowance. Usage beyond your plan's allowance is billed per extra AI action at the rate shown on that page — there's no hard cutoff, but you can also set your own limits. You can cancel at any time.
Don't use Connect to:
You own the business data you put into Connect. Using the service means giving us a limited license to process it — including through our AI provider so the work engine can act on your requests — solely to operate Connect for you. We don't claim ownership of your data, and we don't use it to train our own models. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture of what's collected and who processes it.
When you store information about your own customers or leads in Connect — names, phone numbers, emails, addresses — you're responsible for having the right to keep and use it, and for following the data protection and marketing rules that apply to you (for example, only adding a customer's address when they've given it to you, and getting consent before sending marketing messages to individuals where the law requires it). Connect processes this information only on your instructions, to run the service for you.
Leads are found from publicly available sources. Reach out to them respectfully and one-to-one; don't use Connect to send bulk unsolicited messages.
Features like “Sign in with Google” and WhatsApp messaging rely on those platforms' own infrastructure and are subject to their respective terms. If you connect WhatsApp, you're responsible for complying with its provider's own policies for how you message your customers.
We work to keep Connect reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and features may change as the product evolves.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate the acceptable-use terms above.
Connect is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, Connect isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including from relying on AI-generated content without reviewing it.
If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where the change is significant, notify you by email or an in-app notice.
